Returns

All orders we receive are carefully checked before we dispatch them. However, should an error occur or the goods are found damaged / faulty or you find them not to your satisfaction please return them to: 

Don's Woodcrafts, Mr D Young, 64 Williamson Way, Rose Hill, Oxford, OX4 4TS.

Please contact us before you return any goods and we will issue you with a returns reference. Please keep all the packaging in cases where any goods are damaged.

In cases where you are not happy with your product, please make sure goods are returned in resalable condition, as we will not be able to issue a full refund if this becomes the case. We reserve the right not to refund cost of items returned in a condition, which prevents us from reselling them. We will not refund postage in cases where you are not happy. We will only refund postage if item has to be return for repair or replacement.

NOTIFICATION must be made within 10 days of you receiving your goods.
