4) We do not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit but we will do what it takes to help you claim / resolve the issue.
5) We reserve the right to alter our prices at any point throughout the year. However, we will not increase our prices near the Christmas period.

9) Please, make cheques and postal orders payable to Mr D Young. Any payments in the name of Don’s Woodcrafts will be returned to sender.
10) All orders received after the postal break for Christmas and New Year will be dispatched on the 3rd & 4th of January 2008.
11) Please, note that as each piece of timber is a natural product your purchase may differ slightly in colour and figure.
12) Any faulty items must be reported to us within 10 days of you receiving your goods. A full refund of postage will be issued in the form of postage stamps.
